According to the recent edict of Amir al-mu’minin: The message has been sent to all Mujahideen brothers, youth, and elders: You have so far abused the prisoners of the Kabul administration and disobeyed the orders revealed by Islam. For this, repent from the heart in the court of Allah (SWT). We ask Allah (SWT) to forgive you for your sins because you have transgressed the limits of Allah Almighty.
There are two very important points in the blessed advice of Amir al-mu’minin. That (do not betray with booty and treat well those who surrender before you. Do not treat them cruelly). While in Anar Dara district, Jalrez district, and other such areas, Mujahidin burnt, looted, and bombed Bait-ul-Mal. However, the demolition of these buildings did not benefit the Mujahideen in any way. Such actions appear to be the work of spies and intruders. And from now on it is the duty of every Mujahid to stop such acts.
Another piece of advice from Amir al-mu’minin is that you should not kill the surrendering soldiers but treat them well. You see, a few days ago, the Mujahideen killed the surrendering soldiers in Faryab and Zabul and other provinces, even though you had asked them to surrender. This is haraam according to Shari’a. We have no sympathy with the Kabul administration but these people are Muslims even if they are criminals, so killing another Muslim is illegal in Islam.
In the past, our comrades had chosen the path of the Kharijites and called every member of the Kabul administration an infidel and an apostate, but these were not our words but the words of the Kharijites. And you did not follow the religion of God in these matters. Remember, killing and killing a Muslim prisoner is forbidden in Sharia and should not be repeated.
