With the efforts of the Guidance and Invitation Commission of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Arbakis of the Kabul administration and a number of key commanders in many provinces have begun to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate.
Alipur, a well-known Arbaki commander in Maidan and Bamyan provinces, has started cooperating with the Islamic Emirate through the guidance of the Islamic Emirate and the efforts of the Da’wah Commission. He promised that he would not interfere with the movement of Mujahideen of an Islamic emirate in the area and on the highway. Alipore also promised to help the Mujahideen in the area and not to pose any obstacle to the operation.
In response to these promises, the Islamic Emirate also has some responsibilities that the Mujahideen must pay attention to and are obliged to implement. Mujahideen will not make any problem to civilians on their way to Bamyan. Mujahideen will not disturb any unarmed Arbaki who belongs to Alipore on the highways.
This is a very good start for the Islamic Emirate and all over the country, the Mujahideen should try to make agreements with such commanders in the regions.
