Since the beginning of the peace talks, we have said many times that the peace talks are going on at the behest of certain people. The demands and ideologies of Mujahideen have not been taken into account. What the Mujahideen want and what is happening now are very different. Now that the inter-Afghan talks have entered another important phase, the concerns of the Mujahideen need to be addressed.
The war is being waged by the Mujahideen on the front lines, not by the leaders sitting in Doha. All sides must understand who is influencing peace and war. When the Mujahideen on the front lines are not involved in the peace talks, or at least they are not in the process, how can they agree to a peace that is agreed upon by a few specific individuals?
We reiterate that the struggle of the Mujahideen is not based on the orders of any individual or the leaders of the Emirate, but is a holy war to uphold the rules of Islamic law and the Islamic system. Therefore, we do not consider ourselves subject to the orders of our leaders in all matters that are contrary to the sharia law.
History has shown that all the systems and groups in Afghanistan that use force or came by tricks, are soon been embarrassed.
We will never allow anyone to use the war started in the name of religion and the sacrifices of the people for their own personal purposes. We will stand up against all actions that are against Sharia which will question the value of the Islamic Emirate’s past sacrifices.
