According to the peace conquest agreement, the American side should have released six Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate without any conditions, similarly, the Islamic Emirate should have released three prisoners belonging to the Kabul administration. Although the process has progressed very well up to nearly 90 percent, the Kabul administration has recently refused to release prisoners of the Islamic Emirate, claiming that they have criminal records.
First of all, these prisoners belong to the Islamic Emirate and the reason for their detention was to fight under the banner of the Islamic Emirate, so it should be made clear that these prisoners have no criminal record. And the Emirate demands its release.
Yesterday, several media outlets reported that the Islamic Emirate’s Commission for Prisoner Affairs had handed over a new list of prisoners to the Kabul administration and demanded the release of other prisoners based on the new list. Therefore, all parties are reminded that those on the initial list should be released. We will never accept any deal on these prisoners, so it is important to mention that the leaders of the Emirate should not make arbitrary decisions in this regard, which in the future may cause a great deal of trouble among the Mujahideen.
In the end, as long as one of these nearly 600 prisoners remains a prisoner, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, especially the allies of Caliph Siraj Haqqani, will continue the holy war of jihad and will show no mercy toward the enemy.
In that case, if these prisoners are not released, we will not be bounded by any agreement. If there are any attacks by the Mujahedeen, the responsibility will fall on those who deal with the release of the prisoners.
