A few days ago, UNAMA released a report on civilian casualties in the war in Afghanistan, in which most of the civilian casualties were blamed on the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate. However, this report is not based on facts and the Mujahideen are often blamed۔ However, it should not be overlooked that the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate did not inflict casualties on civilians.

The popularity of Mujahidin among the people is declining day by day due to the casualties caused by Mujahidin operations and it is thought that Mujahidin do not care about the lives of civilians.

Although the Islamic Emirate is making great efforts in this regard and a specific commission is tasked to instruct the Mujahideen in all areas to pay more attention to the lives of civilians, but sometimes There are casualties due to the misunderstanding of the Mujahideen.

The recent Mujahideen attacks have harmed civilians, which has provoked a strong reaction from the people. This reaction should not be ignored, because people think that the Emirate does not care for their lives. Whilst, The Mujahideen pay the utmost attention to the lives of the common people.

Our request from the Mujahideen is that if the civilian casualties continue, the people’s hatred will increase, we should know that we need the trust and love of the people more than anything else. In the current situation in Afghanistan, Jihad would not have been possible without the help of the civilians, so it is imperative that we show more respect to the civilians and their lives should be taken seriously during any operation.
